What Does This Mean?
Locally Owned means you’ll get the same local person on the phone, through email, or in person that can help with any questions you may have or problems you may run into. Other places have workers sparingly or are run by out of state companies. We have our business hours posted and generally have a worker on-site during those times.
Indoor and Secure mean just that. All units are in a brick building behind a thick metal door. We have cameras like most places, but all units are also individually alarmed and we can see who comes and goes and it is much harder to get in than normal storage places.
Climate Controlled means heated, air conditioned, and dehumidified to protect your items from extreme heat and humidity you would see elsewhere. Outdoor storage units can reach well over 120 degrees in the summer and below zero conditions in the winter. Our units are kept at safe temperatures and humidity conditions so you don’t get cracks, swelling, mildew, or other weather-related damage to your items.
Sizing
5x10: Similar to a medium walk in closet. Perfect for a dorm room or single bedroom.
10x10: About half the size of a one-car garage. It can fit most one bedroom apartments.
10x15: You can typically fit a two bedroom apartment in these.
10x20: Our largest unit. You can typically fit a multi-bedroom home in these.
